60s nights, leather dry cleaning and AWOL

Hello everyone! So sorry I've been AWOL for a while! I've had so many stressful doses of crazy family arguments and subsequently have moved out of home! But to brighten up the stress yesterday I found out that I was accepted on to the FDA Fashion Marketing and Promotion Course at University of The Art's London College of Fashion! I'm very very excited! It means I'll be getting the chance of working at Paris Fashion event Pret a Porter and a six month internship in New York City, as well as a degree duh!

So this week saw Jessie B's ninteenth birthday and I want to tell you all about this amazing little club we found. The moritz club on Soho's Wardour street do an authentic 1950s and 1960s night every thursday!

Now you know that when it comes to what I wear, I really can be a perfectionist, no matter how much I fight it, and this means preparation above everything. I've already begun planning my outfit for Ed's Dulwich leavers (how terrible) and unfortunately I really don't have a hope of affording the dress I have my eye on.
It's a French Connection Broderie Brogue leather cream shift minidress with artistic punched patterns all over. It's 100% leather, which means I would NOT love the specialist dry cleaning I would have to enlist my money in, or the stigma I represented by wearing it with my fur coat (oh dear)...
The picture won't upload right now but I will upload it in an edit later when my laptop isn't failing.

YAY there we go!

lots of love
Sophie xo
