Barry M Nail Effects!

So I'm a bit late on the band wagon here, and I'm also going to apologise for the lack of posting in the last week, new followers don't be disappointed! I'm back and lots of interesting posts are coming up. Including my first giveaway! 100 followers yay!

But today I'm going to be talking about Barry M's Nail Effects!
So you've all seen the awesome black crackled nail polish that Barry M brought out a while ago, but now they've made another three shades in Green, Blue and Pink! It's really exciting for me because as much as I love the crackled nail polish effect, I don't particularly love black on my nails, it all takes me back a bit too much to the time when my thirteen year old self would have black nail polish religiously, always worn with a Nirvana tee and Black Converses! Oh dear.

I used the nail polish over my ultimate favourite Opi Siberian Nights. I think I just overall like the look of bright pastel colours worn with darker ones! Also, I just thought it would be a bit different to what everyone else is doing with the polish!

So what do you guys think of the look?
I personally LOVE it, I was asked several times how I did it, and everyone thought it was done with a nail art pen even though it was literally done with about 2 seconds of a flick of Barry M. The great thing about this product is just how easy it is to use! Paint your nails normally, wait for the coat to dry, apply one thin coat of Barry M Nail Effects and watch the coat absorb and instantly dry and seperate on your nail to create this awesome look!

It's available in pink, blue, green and black from Superdrug for £3.99!

What else have you guys been upto? I've missed you in my hiatus. Me and Eddie made souffles!  :)

Love you all!

  1. That looks AWESOME! I wonder if his line is available in the states? The only "crackle" ones I've seen are the OPI. I'll definitely be giving it a try!
